Role Summary
The Marketing & Communications Specialist will lead
Shull’s digital presence, brand communication, and market engagement
activities. The role combines digital marketing, content creation, CRM
management, candidate engagement, and coordination with technology partners to
support business growth and client acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Marketing & Social Media Management
- Plan, execute, and manage Shull’s digital marketing strategy across all platforms
- Manage social media accounts (content posting, comments, messages, engagement)
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry insights to optimize campaigns
- Analyze performance metrics and continuously improve reach and engagement
2. Content Creation & Graphic Design
- Design marketing materials including:
- Social media posts
- Company branding assets
- Brochures and promotional materials
- Create video content, reels, and marketing campaigns
- Ensure brand consistency across all visual and digital channels
3. Lead Generation & CRM Management
- Manage and optimize the CRM system for:
- Lead tracking
- Client and prospect database management
- Integrate website and lead capture tools into CRM workflows
- Develop and execute targeted campaigns for leads and prospects
- Maintain accurate and updated records of all interactions
4. Email Marketing & Client Communication
- Develop and send:
- Marketing emails
- Newsletters
- Campaign communications
- Engage with existing clients, prospects, and past leads
- Collect and manage client feedback and online reviews across platforms (Google, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
5. Recruitment Marketing support
- Publish job vacancies across:
- Job boards
- Social media platforms
- WhatsApp and Telegram groups
- Respond to candidate inquiries and provide updates on application status
- Support recruitment team through candidate communication and coordination
6. Brand Representation
- Represent the company at:
- Job fairs
- Networking events
- Industry gatherings
- Promote company activities and ensure strong offline-to-online presence
7. Clients & candidates Engagement
- Communicate with clients and prospects to gather testimonials and reviews to enhance brand credibility
8. Website & ERP Coordination
- Work closely with website developers to:
- Update and improve website content and functionality
- Coordinate with ERP providers (e.g., Odoo partners) to:
- Support system enhancements
- Report issues and follow up on resolutions
- Assist in testing and implementation of updates
RequirementsQualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in IT support, digital marketing, or similar role
- Strong graphic design skills (Adobe, Canva, or similar tools)
- Experience in social media management and content creation
- Familiarity with CRM systems and email marketing tools
- Excellent communication skills (Kurdish, Arabic & English)
- Ability to multitask across marketing, recruitment, and operations
