Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, and employee records
- Manage employee relations, handle grievances, and ensure a positive work environment
- Support and execute recruitment processes (screening, coordination, onboarding)
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and procedures
- Maintain and update HR systems, employee files, and documentation
- Coordinate performance management processes and appraisals
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Prepare HR reports (headcount, turnover, attendance, etc.)
- Support payroll coordination and employee benefits administration
- Act as a point of contact between employees and management
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 6 7 years of HR experience
- Strong background in HR operations & employee relations
- Experience in oil & gas or similar industries (preferred)
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Male candidates preferred
