Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, document, and maintain clear and structured operational processes and workflows in alignment with organizational standards and procedures.
  • Continuously review and optimize existing processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, automation, and overall operational performance.
  • Ensure all process documents and workflow steps are accurately maintained and updated within the designated workflow management systems.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to gather requirements, validate processes, and ensure cross-functional alignment.
  • Support the implementation and rollout of new automated workflows and process enhancements across the organization.
  • Assist in process tracking, reporting, and archiving activities as required.

  • Up to 2 years of experience in process documentation, workflow management, operations, or related areas.
  • Proven ability to create, maintain, and optimize process documents and operational workflows.
  • Fluent in Arabic with good written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Up to 2 years of experience in process documentation, workflow management, operations, or related areas.
