Role Summary and Impact
The Senior Social Manager will lead the development, execution, and optimization of advanced social media strategies designed to strengthen clients brand presence, drive meaningful engagement, and deliver measurable business outcomes. This role requires a strategic, performance-oriented thinker with strong hands-on expertise across paid and organic social ecosystems.
Operating across high-profile accounts, you will balance strategic leadership with operational excellence; guiding campaign direction, driving innovation, overseeing performance, and mentoring junior team members. Your work will directly contribute to brand growth, media effectiveness, and business impact within an integrated communications framework.
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with client business objectives, marketing priorities, and performance goals.
- Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of paid and organic social initiatives across platforms including Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube.
- Oversee full-funnel social planning, including audience strategy, channel roles, creative input, media allocation, and performance optimization.
- Manage end-to-end campaign workflows, including briefing, setup, QA, pacing, optimization, reporting, and post-campaign analysis.
- Own budget management, forecasting, and financial tracking to ensure efficient and effective media investment.
- Analyze performance data and translate findings into actionable insights and strategic recommendations to improve ROI and campaign effectiveness.
- Confidently present strategies, performance results, and growth opportunities to clients and senior stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for innovation, platform testing, and continuous account growth.
- Mentor and support junior team members, ensuring high-quality execution and capability development.
- Collaborate closely with strategy, analytics, creative, and client leadership teams to deliver integrated, performance-driven solutions.

- Bachelor s degree in marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 4 6+ years of experience in social media strategy, planning, and activation, preferably within a media agency or integrated marketing environment.
- Strong expertise across major social platforms, including Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube.
- Proven ability to manage campaigns, budgets, and performance optimization initiatives.
- Advanced knowledge of social analytics, measurement frameworks, attribution models, and reporting tools.
- Strong client management, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects, manage multiple workstreams, and thrive in fast-paced environments.
- Experience mentoring, guiding, or overseeing junior team members.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
