Job description
System Administration & Monitoring: Support daily administration and monitoring of T24 and related systems.
Performance Tuning & Optimization: Assist in improving system performance and resolving bottlenecks.
Incident & Problem Management: Follow up incidents, support troubleshooting, and escalate issues when needed.
Deployment & Change Management: Support deployments, patches, and system changes in line with approved procedures.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Basic understanding of core banking systems or enterprise application support.
Minimum experience in application or system support is preferred.
Basic knowledge of banking operations and transaction processing is an advantage.
Basic hands-on experience or working knowledge of Linux administration and troubleshooting.
Basic knowledge of JBoss application server is preferred.
Basic understanding of Java applications, logs, and support activities is preferred.
Familiarity with SQL and basic database queries is an advantage.
