Roles & Responsibilities

A large-scale integrated construction project involving civil, infrastructure, landscaping, and utility works.

Role & responsibilities

• Prepare and update detailed project schedules in line with the approved master schedule
• Coordinate with site teams and discipline engineers for progress monitoring and schedule control
• Analyze critical path, manpower allocation, activity durations, and resource planning
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports
• Monitor project performance against planned targets and identify schedule deviations
• Support material procurement planning and construction sequencing activities
• Ensure coordination between planning, site operations, procurement, and technical office teams
• Participate in schedule revisions, recovery plans, and reporting processes

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Engineering or Architecture
• Minimum 6+ years of Gulf experience in planning for large-scale construction projects
• Strong knowledge of Primavera P6 and/or MS Project
• Good understanding of construction sequences and site operations
• Advanced reporting and analytical skills
• Good command of English
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in international large-scale projects
• Experience in high-rise, mixed-use, governmental, or complex building projects
• Ability to work in multidisciplinary and multinational environments
