We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving company growth through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand company services and market presence
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, market research, and client referrals
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with prospective clients
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations
- Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
- Prepare regular sales and business development reports for management
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Goal-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills
Experience in recruitment, outsourcing, oil & gas, or related industries is an advantage
Knowledge of international market/client handling is preferred
