Roles & Responsibilities
The main purpose of the position is to do all back office tasks of corporate sales and supporting corporate sales team on daily basis.
- Activation, deactivation and suspension of B2B lines (requested by corporate sales team)
- Adding services (requested by corporate sales team)
- Daily report on daily activities to management and finance.
- Banking/depositing all cash amounts (payments of corporate customers) in bank.
- Support to Sales team to deliver their KPI i.e. on time activation of B2B products & services / deposit payments on time to bank etc.
- Supporting in tracking all B2B sales channel performance in terms of gross activations, payments, postpaid billing / outstanding and payments of collection process and sales quality
- To deal with cross function team for address of any issue related to system / process i.e. Marketing, Technical & Billing team, PMO etc..
- Daily / Weekly / Monthly reconciliation of postpaid / M2M / E-gate and other products and services of B2B Sales of respective accounts, , observing Idle lines, empty emails address of new postpaid activated lines,
- Physical contract verification of customer vs system entry and viz vs viz
- UAT of new products launch for Enterprise
- Ordering SIMs to sales team depend on request of sales team
- Improve and establish the current processes & policy within B2B department i.e Initiating projects which reduce customer waiting time and increasing customer satisfaction
- Daily KPI / Reporting improvement on time to time and based on market needs
- Validation of current policy & process of B2B on time to time basis
- Computer skills ( Ms. Office )
