Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee all security operations including access control, surveillance systems, patrols, and incident response protocols to ensure comprehensive protection of organizational assets and personnel
- Design, establish, and maintain security procedures and policies aligned with company standards and local regulatory requirements in Baghdad, Iraq
- Conduct regular and thorough risk assessments and security audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend proactive solutions
- Respond promptly and professionally to security incidents, emergencies, and crises; document all occurrences with accuracy and transparency
- Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise security personnel to ensure consistent performance standards, accountability, and professional growth
- Monitor adherence to health, safety, and security regulations; maintain documentation and prepare reports for management and regulatory bodies
- Work closely with operations, human resources, and facility management teams to integrate security seamlessly into daily organizational activities
- Oversee budget allocation, vendor management, and procurement of security equipment and services to optimize operational efficiency
- Conduct thorough investigations into security breaches, thefts, or policy violations with objectivity and discretion
- Develop and execute emergency response plans, conduct regular drills, and ensure all personnel understand evacuation and crisis procedures
- Ensure proper maintenance, updates, and optimization of security technology and systems
