The Sales Manager – Premium Retail & Monobrand – Technology Business will be responsible for driving sales performance, channel growth, and business development across premium reseller and monobrand retail stores in Iraq.
The role focuses on managing key retail partnerships, improving store performance, ensuring brand compliance, and driving revenue growth across premium retail formats.
The incumbent will work closely with retail partners, store managers, marketing teams, and internal stakeholders to implement sales strategies, execute retail initiatives, and enhance customer experience across premium retail and monobrand stores.
Key Qualifications: • Strong experience in retail sales management, channel sales, or key account management within the technology or consumer electronics industry.
• Good understanding of premium reseller and monobrand retail business operations.
• Proven ability to drive sales growth, retail performance, and store-level profitability.
• Experience managing key retail partners, store networks, and brand retail operations.
• Strong knowledge of merchandising, retail execution, and in-store customer experience standards.
• Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to analyze sales performance, store KPIs, and market trends to drive improvements.
• Strong communication, presentation, and business planning skills.
• Familiarity with premium technology products and premium retail environments is highly preferred.
• Understanding of Iraq retail and consumer electronics market is an added advantage.
Education and Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
• MBA or equivalent qualification is an added advantage.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in retail sales, channel management, or key account roles.
• Prior experience in premium reseller, monobrand stores, or premium consumer electronics retail is highly preferred.
• Experience working with premium technology products or similar premium technology brands is desirable.
• Experience working within Iraq retail markets will be an added advantage.
