The Site Management Officer is responsible for (Follow up) all aspects of site acquisition, lease negotiations, contract renewals, coordination of security activities. This role involves field-based tasks to ensure site accessibility, security compliance, and operational readiness while maintaining smooth relationships with site owners and resolving site-related issues. Follow up, solve and complete/achieving all tasks in the best way to implement all corporate goals and requirements in a way that reflects positively on the company.. Handle site acquisition processing via internal systems (click-on-site) or other system created by Asia cell. Prepare and upload all required site acquisition documents. Conduct pre-plan and after-plan joint surveys for new and existing sites. Negotiate lease terms and rent with new and existing site owners (private and shared sites). Explain and clarify contract terms and conditions to site owners. Obtain approvals from owners for expansion, upgrades, or co-hosting with Asia cell. Facilitate contract renewals by renegotiating lease terms and ensuring updated agreements are documented and explained. Conduct pre-plan site surveys for new sites, fixing MBTS, and additional infrastructure. Participate in after-plan joint surveys to validate implementation. Handover sites to designated security companies. Coordinate handovers with Deployment and Emergency Response (ER) teams. Prevent and manage site outages and complaints through calls or site visits. Take corrective actions by coordinating with responsible teams post-outage. Serve on the annual trespassing committee for EC. Participate in investigation committees for theft or related incidents. Obtain access permissions through calls and coordination with site owners. Assess sites for outsourcing or insourcing during contract renewals (with or without guards).

  • Experience 4-6years
  • Computer skill (Word, excel, outlook & Power Point)
  • Language skills (Arabic, English) speaking & writing
