IT Manager

Our company is seeking an experienced IT Manager to join our team in Najaf, Iraq. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in IT management and possess a strong technical background. The IT Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, network systems, and security. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, strong leadership abilities, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems.
2. Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and integrity of the company's data and systems.
3. Oversee the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and support of all IT systems and services.
4. Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to manage IT projects and ensure timely delivery of services.
5. Manage and troubleshoot network and server issues, ensuring high availability and performance.
6. Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support in their daily tasks and professional development.
7. Stay current with the latest trends and technologies in IT and make recommendations for improvements and enhancements to the company's IT infrastructure.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address IT-related issues and implement solutions.
9. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices for IT security and data privacy.
10. Manage and implement industry framework and standards including COBIT, ISO-27001, ISO-22301 and ISO-20000. 
11. Monitor and analyze IT performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize IT operations.
