Location: İstanbul - TR, TR Job Objective

We are now seeking for a Human Resources Specialist to be a part of our Talent Development team located in İstanbul. The main responsibilities and the specifications for the role are shared below:
Responsible for supporting the establishment of Employer Branding strategy and effective & consistent communication of the Employee Value Proposition through diverse means and channels. Manage social media career pages in collaboration with internal and external partners Lead relations with agencies in line with Employer Branding strategy Develop engaging content that convey corporate culture, employee experience Tracks, reports analytics and develops actions when necessary Coordinates activities based on campus communication strategy and internal customer needs Designs / executes programs for new graduates, interns or other target audiences Manages budget for employer branding related initiatives Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Social Science or other relevant fields Preferably 1-2 year of experience in Human Resources Fluent English language skills Motivation to learn, create and thrive Ability to work in a team while collaborating with other partnersJoin us to take your career journey to the next level!
