Key Responsibilities:
• Executing advisory projects across Governance, Risk and Compliance.
o Undertaking thorough analysis and assessment of clients' existing processes and suggesting areas for improvement and optimization
o Formulating or updating policies and procedure manuals after critically analyzing processes, assessing risks, and evaluating controls while adhering to leading industry practices
o Conducting risk assessments and identifying gaps/ areas of improvement in existing risk management processes, offering solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
o Developing corporate governance framework and related regulatory documents for Board and Management
• Understanding client requirements, collaboratively developing detailed project plan, managing/ executing projects along with the team, ensuring timely delivery as per agreed project timelines and client satisfaction.
• Preparing deliverables relating to various services being delivered to the clients including preparation of report, process documents, presentations, etc.
• Periodic follow-ups and required communication to meet deadlines and deliverables.
• Building client relationships with the objective of securing repeat business and referrals.
• Acting as the on-ground point of contact for the assigned projects and clients.
• Providing support as may be required during business development/ execution of various projects across practices.
• Developing/updating periodic reports and regularly update databases as may be required.
• Any other support that may be required from time to time.
• MBA/ CA/ FRM/ CPA/ CMA/ Post-graduate from reputed institute.
• 3-5 years of post-qualification experience with a suitable mix of process consulting, management consulting and industry experience.
• Bilingual with proficiency in written and spoken Arabic and English.
Desired Attributes:
• Prior experience of working with banking and financial services entities shall be an added advantage
• Comfortable to engage in multiple projects simultaneously.
• Good in managing client and other stakeholder relationships.
• Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
