Lead MIRAAYA’s end-to-end supply chain operations across e-commerce, retail, and B2B channels.
Responsible for demand forecasting, procurement, inventory optimization, warehousing, order fulfillment, and last-mile delivery.
Ensure cost efficiency, product availability, and premium customer experience through data-driven planning, system automation, and vendor collaboration.
Responsibilities
Demand & Supply Planning
Develop rolling demand forecasts in coordination with Brand, Retail, and Marketing teams.
Plan procurement and replenishment cycles based on sales projections and promotional campaigns.
Optimize stock levels across regional warehouses and retail outlets to avoid stockouts or overstock.
Negotiate terms and lead times with suppliers to ensure timely, cost-effective sourcing.
Manage product lifecycle: monitor aging, shelf life, and batch control for beauty & skincare SKUs.
Align supply chain readiness with e-commerce flash sales, influencer campaigns, and retail peaks.
