Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional and well-presented female receptionist to join our team at Aman Pay, an e-payment company based in Baghdad – Al Harthia.
The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming environment and efficient front-desk operations.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Manage the reception area and ensure it is tidy and organized at all times.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Maintain records of visitors and appointments.
- Assist in basic administrative tasks such as data entry, document filing, and scheduling.
- Coordinate with HR and other departments when required.
- Provide general support to office staff and management.
Qualifications:
- Female applicant based in Baghdad.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
- 1–2 years of experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
- Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and maintain confidentiality.
Work Details:
- Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Days Off: Friday and Saturday
- Location: Baghdad – Al Harthia
