Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee procurement control functions and ensure process compliance.
- Support audits, assessments, and cold eyes reviews.
- Review and improve procurement policies and procedures.
- Conduct in-line file reviews and close identified gaps.
- Deliver training on procurement controls to relevant teams.
Skills
Required Skills & Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of procurement, payables, supply chain, and warehousing.
- Knowledge of compliance standards (FCPA, Export Controls, etc.).
- Familiarity with procurement systems such as Maximo and IDEAS.
- Strong communication, analytical, and reporting skills.
- Ability to influence without direct authority.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or Science.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Procurement (Oil & Gas or Project Management preferred).
