zaincash.iq.  Responsibilities: The Manager of Business Intelligence will be a strategic leader responsible for establishing and executing the vision for how we use data to drive business decisions.
You will build and mentor a high-performing team of BI analysts and engineers, oversee our data infrastructure, and create a "single source of truth" for all key business metrics.
Your work will directly influence product development, marketing strategy, operational efficiency, and risk management, making a tangible impact on our company's growth and success.
Strategic Leadership Develop and own the company-wide BI and analytics roadmap, aligning it with strategic business objectives.
Act as the primary data evangelist, fostering a self-service, data-driven culture across all departments (Product, Marketing, Finance, Operations, etc.
). Collaborate with C-level executives and department heads to understand their analytical needs and deliver impactful insights.
Define and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the business, providing regular performance reports to the leadership team.
Manage the BI unit's budget, resources, and technology vendor relationships.
Data Analytics & Visualization Oversee the development of dashboards and reports to provide clear, actionable insights.
Ensure data visualization aligns with business and product KPIs, enabling effective decision-making.
Continuously optimize dashboards for performance and usability.
Leverage relational databases (e.
g., SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle) to design and manage data pipelines supporting BI tools.
Data Management Ensure data integrity, quality, and security across all BI processes.
Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to ensure seamless data integration and availability.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement Work closely with product managers, and cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver tailored solutions.
Translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications for BI projects.
Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Team Leadership Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing BI team.
Promote professional development and continuous learning within the BI department.
Allocate resources effectively to meet project timelines and business priorities.
Experience Minimum of 5 years of experience in BI, data analytics, or related fields, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Extensive experience with Tableau, including dashboard creation, performance optimization, and advanced analytics Proven experience working with relational databases, including SQL query optimization and data modeling.
Proven track record of delivering data-driven solutions in a product-driven environment.
Skills Expert-level proficiency in SQL for complex data querying and manipulation.
Deep expertise with at least one major BI visualization tool (e.
g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI, Qlik).
Strong understanding of data governance, quality assurance, and security protocols Proficiency in managing and optimizing relational databases.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Ability to translate complex data into clear and impactful business insights.
Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with data analysis and scripting languages like Python or R.
Knowledge of advanced analytics, statistical modeling, and machine learning concepts.
Experience with financial-specific data challenges, such as fraud detection, risk modeling, and regulatory compliance (e.
g., KYC, AML).
