Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver effective training sessions based on TOT methodology.
- Create training materials, manuals, and presentations.
- Conduct a needs analysis to identify training gaps.
- Assess participant learning outcomes and provide feedback.
- Collaborate with departments to enhance skills development programs.
- Maintain training records and reports.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Certified TOT (Training of Trainers)
- Minimum [X] years of experience in corporate training or learning & development.
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Experience in [specific industry, if applicable] is a plus.
