Position: Receptionist
Ø Location: Voltec Company Head Office (No.10 Malik Mahmoud Street, 305 Rojhalat, Sulaymaniyah, IRAQ)
Requirements:
Ø Education:
- Bachelor Degree

Ø Experience: Prior customer service and administrative experience.
Ø Responsibility:
- Front Desk Management: Greet visitors, answer inquiries, and provide directions within the office.
- Communication Handling: Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and relay messages accurately.
- Administrative Support: Maintain records, handle filing, and assist with office /clerical tasks.
- Customer Service: Create a welcoming environment and ensure positive client experiences.
- Security & Access Control: Monitor visitor logs and ensure compliance with office entry policies.
- Keep a tidy and professional workspace.
Ø Language skills: English and Kurdish are essential and Arabic is a plus.

- Communication Skills: Clear verbal and written communication to interact with clients and staff.
- Organization & Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Multitasking: Handle calls, visitors, and administrative duties simultaneously.

- Technical Skills: Familiarity with office software, scheduling tools, and phone systems.
- Problem-Solving: Address visitor concerns and resolve issues quickly.
- Adaptability: Adjust to changing schedules, unexpected visitors, or urgent tasks.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion.
