Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Sales Executive – Indirect Sales to manage and expand sales through third-party channels such as brokers, agents, and external partners. The role focuses on building strong relationships with indirect sales partners to drive property sales and achieve revenue targets.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage relationships with real estate brokers, agents, and channel partners


  • Identify and onboard new indirect sales partners across assigned territories


  • Support brokers with product knowledge, pricing, payment plans, and marketing materials


  • Track leads and sales generated through indirect channels


  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance for broker-led sales


  • Monitor partner performance and achieve indirect sales targets


  • Coordinate with internal sales, marketing, and legal teams


  • Resolve channel partner issues and ensure smooth deal closures



RequirementsRequirements & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma (preferred)


  • 2–5 years of experience in real estate sales or channel/indirect sales


  • Strong communication and relationship-management skills in Arabic (English is a plus)


  • Good negotiation and coordination skills


  • Knowledge of the local Iraq real estate market


  • Valid driving license (preferred)
