Kinetic has partnered with a leading Hospitality company who are hiring an Executive Chef to be based in Iraq.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Develop and update menus, standardize recipes to ensure consistent quality and presentation.
• Oversee daily kitchen operations and workflow efficiency.
• Lead, train, and motivate a kitchen staff.
• Manage food and labor costs, manage budgets, order supplies, and minimize waste.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.

Skills

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

• Minimum 10 years of culinary experience.
• At least 3 – 5 years experience as Executive Chef or Head chef in an international or fine-dining establishment.
• Extensive experience in international cuisine.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene standards
