Job Title: Architectural Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities:

Prepare, review, and coordinate architectural shop drawings, details, and layouts in accordance with approved designs and project requirements. Ensure all architectural drawings comply with contract documents, technical specifications, and applicable standards. Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, mechanical, electrical, and BIM teams to resolve clashes and ensure constructability. Work closely with the BIM Coordinator and utilize BIM/Revit software to develop, coordinate, and update architectural models and shop drawings. Review and follow up architectural material submittals, samples, mock-ups, and technical datasheets to ensure compliance with approved specifications and design intent. Manage drawing revisions, submissions, comments, and approvals, ensuring only the latest approved drawings are issued for construction. Conduct site inspections to verify that architectural works and finishes are executed in accordance with approved drawings and specifications. Identify deviations, coordination issues, or quality concerns on site and report them to the Site Construction Lead for corrective action.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering Minimum 4–8 years of relevant experience Strong experience in architectural shop drawings, detailing, and BIM/Revit Experience in high-rise or large-scale projects preferred
