  • Monitor inventory levels, stock replenishment, and loss prevention
  • Prepare sales reports and analyze KPIs
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally
  • Coordinate with head office on promotions, merchandising, and reporting
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies
