We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Executive to join our growing team in the real estate sector in Sulaymaniyah, Iraq. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and a deep understanding of the real estate market. This role requires a proactive approach to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and achieve sales targets. The Sales Executive will be responsible for showcasing our properties, understanding client needs, and providing tailored solutions. You will work closely with our marketing and property management teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
  3. Conduct property viewings and presentations, effectively communicating the benefits and features of our listings.
  4. Negotiate contracts and close sales, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  5. Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.
  6. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that attract potential buyers.
  7. Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitive landscape to provide valuable insights to clients.
  8. Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance sales skills and industry knowledge.
  9. Assist in the development of sales strategies and initiatives to increase market share.
  10. Attend regular team meetings to discuss performance, strategies, and market developments.

  1. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate sector, demonstrating a successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  8. Knowledge of the local real estate market and trends, with a keen understanding of customer needs.
  9. Fluency in English and Arabic, with additional languages being a plus.
