We are expanding our operations and seeking talented professionals to form a dedicated Electric Submersible Pump (ESP) team. Multiple roles are available for immediate hire in Iraq Kurdistan, with field assignments in ERBIL and other sites.

Available Positions:

1. ESP Technician

• Job Purpose: Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair ESP systems in oil wells to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Key Responsibilities: Install and commission ESP equipment; perform diagnostics and repairs; assist in well interventions; prepare reports; ensure HSE compliance.
• Requirements: Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering; 3–5 years ESP experience; certifications like IWCF; proficient in English; willing to travel/rotate shifts.

2.ESP Engineer

• Job Purpose: Design, optimize, and oversee ESP systems for oil production, providing technical support to field teams.
• Key Responsibilities: Design ESP using software; conduct failure analysis; analyze data; prepare proposals; mentor teams; ensure compliance.
• Requirements: Bachelor's in Petroleum/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering; 5–7 years ESP experience; proficiency in ESP tools (e.g., SubPUMP); English fluency; occasional travel.

3.ESP Field Supervisor

• Job Purpose: Lead on-site teams for ESP installations and maintenance, ensuring project success and safety.
• Key Responsibilities: Supervise field operations; conduct risk assessments; manage teams; monitor performance; handle logistics; prepare reports.
• Requirements: Diploma/Bachelor's in Engineering; 7–10 years ESP field experience (3+ in supervision) certifications like IWCF Level 4 English/Arabic preferred rotational shifts.

4.ESP Helper

• Job Purpose: Provide hands-on support for ESP operations, assisting technicians and supervisors in field tasks.
• Key Responsibilities: Handle equipment rigging; perform routine checks; maintain site safety; assist in interventions; report incidents.
• Requirements: High School Diploma; 1–3 years oilfield experience; physically fit; basic English; rotational shifts and travel.

Skills

High School Diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.

1–3 years of experience in oilfield services or mechanical labor.

Basic knowledge of tools and equipment; ESP experience is a plus.

Physically fit for heavy lifting and outdoor work in harsh conditions.

Basic English communication; Arabic or Kurdish is advantageous.

Willingness to work rotational shifts and travel to remote sites.

Valid work permit and health certificate for field work.
