Job Title: Admin Assistant Location: Baghdad - Al-Saidiya. Company: SAS Lexus
About the Job:Admin Assistant will be responsible for providing support to the team by handling a variety of administrative tasks. This will include answering phone calls, responding to emails, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records. Will also be responsible for maintaining the office inventory and ordering supplies as needed. Additionally, will assist with the planning and organization of company events and meetings. Point of contact of Sardar Group and sister companies.
Main duties & responsibilities:Handle the maintenance for the facility. Responsible for controlling and ordering the stationery. Responsible for controlling and ordering Kitchen stuff. Meeting arrangement. Controlling office supplies (stationery, kitchen & BOD meeting requirements) Makes purchase requests of the offices and maintains the supervision offices. Point of contact for Sardar Group offices in Iraq for all the Admin issues. Arrange the events with the Marketing team for the group office, like delegations. It is required to coordinate and provide general support to visitors during events (arranging flowers, gifts, etc.), not related to the Marketing Dept. Checking, sorting, and distributing incoming correspondence. Assist in resolving any administrative problems. Communicating with transportation coordinators for Airport and domestic transportation. To follow governmental papers and filing for each project. To follow up and inspect accommodations and apartments. Following Government electricity bills, company generators for maintenance, and company cars. Maintain Group Companies & properties files and update them whenever needed. Performs all other related duties as assigned by management. Liaise with Lawyers KRG, Central & South for Group Companies Registration documents, and any related issues. Performs any related task as requested by the direct supervisor.
Required Qualification:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field. Minimum 2 years of relevant administrative experience. Proficiency in English (written & spoken) and MS Office. Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure. High attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Professional attitude and ability to deal with confidential information.
