Job Title: Administrative & Finance Coordinator (Iraq Branch) Job Overview:We are seeking a highly efficient and professional Administrative & Finance Lead to manage our operations in the Iraq branch. The successful candidate will serve as a strategic liaison between our China and Iraq offices, ensuring seamless communication and integrated operations across both branches.
Key Responsibilities:Office & Technical Management:Professionally create, edit, and organize official documents and files using MS Word, Excel, and PDF. Manage advanced databases and complex spreadsheets on Excel. International Coordination:Facilitate continuous coordination between the Iraq and China branches to ensure the smooth flow of information and processes. Manage official correspondence and organize cross-branch meetings and schedules. Financial & Accounting Management:Oversee financial accounts and monitor daily cash flows. Prepare and submit periodic financial reports to senior management. General Administration:Organize work schedules and ensure strict adherence to timelines. Provide full administrative oversight of office workflows and daily activities. Qualifications & Requirements:Experience: Proven background in administration or administrative coordination. Technical Skills: Mastery of Microsoft Office, with a strong emphasis on Advanced Excel. Core Competencies: Strong leadership personality, high level of discipline, proactive problem-solving abilities, and exceptional communication skills.
