Job Summary:Process Automation Engineer position is responsible for developing, coding, and maintaining client scripts for the front end, as well as designing print formats or email templates, automating reports based on given requirements, and solving daily tasks related to ERP Next support requests. The Process Automation Engineer will work closely with the Process Automation team to ensure smooth operation and continuous improvement of automated processes within the organization.
Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain front-end client scripts in ERP Next Design and manage print formats and email templates Create and automate ERP Next reports based on business needs Handle daily ERP Next support requests and troubleshooting Monitor system performance and suggest improvements Assist in testing and validating automated processes Document scripts, processes, and support activities Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements Stay updated with ERP Next features and automation trends.
Requirements:· Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or related field· 1+ year experience in this field.· Basic knowledge of scripting, databases, and automation· Problem-solving & analytical thinking· Teamwork and time management· Process automation mindset
