Job Description:


The Marketing Manager – Home Appliances is responsible for developing and executing end-to-end marketing strategies that drive brand growth, product demand, and market share within the home appliances category. This role focuses on product marketing, go-to-market planning, and close alignment with sales and retail partners to deliver measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and lead annual and quarterly marketing strategies for home appliances portfolios (major & small appliances).
• Plan and execute product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional calendars.
• Translate product features into clear consumer benefits and competitive positioning.
• Work closely with sales teams to support retail, dealer, and distributor marketing initiatives.
• Manage ATL, BTL, and digital campaigns across online and offline channels.
• Own brand consistency across all consumer touchpoints, including in-store, digital, and POS materials.
• Analyze market trends, pricing, competitors, and consumer behavior to optimize strategy.
• Manage and optimize the marketing budget to maximize ROI and sales impact.
• Oversee agency relationships, creative development, and production timelines.
• Track performance and report insights, recommendations, and forecasts to senior management.

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of marketing experience, with a strong background in home appliances, consumer electronics,.
• Proven experience in product marketing, GTM strategies, and retail marketing.
• Strong understanding of consumer decision journeys for durable goods.
• Experience working with distributors, retailers, and trade marketing teams.
• Solid knowledge of digital marketing, performance tracking, and analytics tools.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and cross-functional communication skills.
