Job Responsibilities:Independently develop regional marketing plans, oversee the full-cycle implementation of promotion, sales activities, and brand building, and accurately allocate and dynamically manage marketing budgets. Plan and execute local integrated marketing campaigns for new product GTM (Go-to-Market), lead cross-departmental collaboration, coordinate media resources, advertising agencies, and offline channel partners, ensuring synergy across online and offline touchpoints. Liaise with regional media outlets and advertising agencies, decompose and implement regional-level tasks, and align corporate strategies with local needs. Manage social media operations and precision digital advertising campaigns, monitor performance and optimize results continuously. Integrate ERP data and KOL resources to drive brand reputation building.

Requirements:Minimum 5 years of experience in integrated marketing/digital marketing, with preference given to candidates with experience in the consumer electronics industry. Excellent strategic planning and execution capabilities; proficient in various overseas digital media platforms and digital user experience practices. Strong professional ethics, goal-oriented mindset, sense of responsibility, and ability to work under pressure. Bachelor's degree or above; English and Chinese proficiency sufficient for professional use, with preference for candidates proficient in additional languages. Prior overseas work experience is highly desirable.
