Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Research Assistant role based in Baghdad Governorate, Iraq. The Research Assistant will be responsible for conducting experiments, performing data analysis, maintaining laboratory equipment, and reviewing scientific literature. The role involves preparing samples, coordinating with the research team, and assisting in developing protocols to support ongoing and new research projects. Candidates will work closely with senior researchers to ensure accurate and efficient execution of experimental procedures.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and synthesize complex data Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with researchers and stakeholders Proficiency in laboratory skills, including sample preparation, handling equipment, and executing protocols Experience in research methodologies and data analysis High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records of experiments and results Bachelor's degree or higher in molecular biology, genetics, biochemistry, or a related field Knowledge of molecular biology techniques such as PCR, sequencing, and gene expression analysis is highly desired.
