Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a SOC/NOC Team Leader, based in Baghdad Governorate, Iraq. The SOC/NOC Team Leader will oversee the monitoring and maintenance of network operations, ensuring uptime and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include managing network troubleshooting, providing technical support to resolve issues promptly, and supervising a team of network engineers to ensure seamless operations. The role involves strategizing and implementing procedures to enhance network performance and security.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Network Operations Center (NOC) management and Computer Network Operations Strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills Proven experience in Team Leadership and ability to manage and motivate a team effectively Ability to work under pressure and resolve critical network incidents in a timely manner Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration Familiarity with cybersecurity practices is a plus Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or similar are considered an advantage
