Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position based in Erbil for the role of Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will oversee the daily sales operations, lead a team of sales professionals, and develop strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the company's client base. Responsibilities include identifying and reaching out to potential clients, negotiating property deals, providing market insights, and maintaining strong client relationships. The role also involves monitoring market trends to ensure competitiveness and successful delivery of customer-focused services.
Qualifications Sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to efficiently close property deals and meet sales targets. Team leadership and managerial skills, including the competence to motivate and oversee sales staff performance. Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service abilities to build and sustain client relationships. Familiarity with the real estate market, property laws, and investment opportunities in Erbil and surrounding areas. Proficiency in marketing strategies and techniques to enhance property visibility and client engagement. Analytical and strategic thinking with exceptional decision-making and problem-solving capabilities. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or relevant field preferred. Fluency in Kurdish, Arabic, and English is advantageous. Prior experience in real estate sales or a similar role is highly beneficial.
