Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Erbil. The Specialist will oversee the creation and implementation of marketing strategies, manage customer relationships, and support sales initiatives to increase business growth. Responsibilities include identifying potential clients, building long-term relationships, conducting market research, and collaborating with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction. The role also involves providing training to the sales team and analyzing sales performance to maximize results.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to establish and maintain client relationships seamlessly Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to identify opportunities, close deals, and lead sales strategies effectively Experience in Training and mentoring team members to enhance performance and productivity Ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitors to optimize business opportunities Proactive problem-solving abilities and strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks effectively Experience in marketing and consultancy or a related field is an advantage Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred
