Job Title: Sales Executive - SAMLocation: Basra - Al-Zubair Road
About the Job:The Sales Executive is responsible for following up, completing, and closing sales deals while presenting Sardar Machinery products to potential customers. It requires conducting outdoor customer visits and consistently achieving target sales. Additionally, the position includes researching and gathering information on potential leads, identifying new business prospects, and promoting products effectively. Building and maintaining strong relationships with current clients, as well as establishing connections with new clients, is essential to ensure long-term business growth.
Main duties & responsibilities:Customer Data Gathering:Data Collection: Gather data about potential customers, including their needs, preferences, and purchasing plans. Planning: Develop a strategic plan to reach out to these potential customers effectively.
Customer Engagement:Daily Visits: Visit customers daily to build relationships and understand their requirements. Inquiry Handling: Obtain and document customer inquiries to provide timely and accurate responses.
Sales Presentations:Reach out to prospects and make presentations on product benefits. Achieve monthly and annual sales target.
Negotiation & Closing:Work on sales process to sell products in the most effective way. Negotiate terms of the deal and close sales.
Client Relationship Management:Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships. Market Analysis:Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices, and sales.
Reporting:Provide feedback on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products. Submit weekly and monthly sales reports showcasing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client expansion.
Team Collaboration:Collaborate with team members to achieve better results. Share best practices, knowledge, and insights with the team.
Required Qualification:Bachelor’s degree in business administration/ Sales & Marketing/ Auto Engineering, or a related major2 years of experience in machinery or the automotive industry. Proficiency in English. Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles. Excellent knowledge of MS Office. Fast learner with a passion for sales. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
