Position: Architecture Designer Location: Duhok, KRI Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:Develop accurate and detailed architectural drawings, diagrams, and visual presentations Contribute creatively to the design process from concept development to final execution Generate strong architectural ideas, design narratives, and spatial concepts Conduct research and utilize AI-based and digital design tools to support innovative solutions Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to meet project goals and timelines Translate client requirements into functional, aesthetic, and buildable designs Maintain high-quality standards while adhering to deadlines
Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering or a related field Strong proficiency in 3ds Max, Corona Renderer, Auto CAD, Sketch Up or Revit (Knowledge of additional design or visualization software is a plus) Strong conceptual thinking and creative problem-solving skills Ability to develop unique design ideas, mood boards, and visual concepts Strong research skills and familiarity with AI-assisted design tools Good understanding of materials, form, space, and architectural composition Excellent communication skills in Kurdish and English (Arabic is a plus) Proven ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks
