Job Description:We are looking for an ambitious, full-energy, fresh graduate. The following is the job description.
Assist in installing and configuring basic software, hardware, and networks under supervision. Support the technical team in setting up computers and devices for users. Help with routine maintenance and troubleshooting of IT systems. Respond to help desk requests and resolve common user issues. Learn to monitor system performance and report problems to senior staff. Support customers by answering calls and emails related to technical issues. Maintain good communication with clients to ensure satisfaction. Participate in on-the-job training and self-development activities assigned by the technical manager.
What to Expect Technical Support involves hands-on work and occasional visits to client sites. You may receive support calls during working hours and sometimes after hours. Teamwork is essential; you’ll work closely with other technical staff. Confidentiality of company and client data is crucial.
Skills & Requirements Recent graduate in IT, Computer Science, or related field. Passion for technology and eagerness to learn beyond university curriculum. Basic understanding of computers, operating systems (Windows, Linux), and networks. Good communication skills in English and Arabic (both are required). Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions. Adaptable and willing to learn new skills. Participant required to have knowledge beyond what they learned at school or college.
