IPC  SUPERVISOR مشرف مكافحة العدوى 

MAIN PURPOSE:

Plan, organize, Implement and supervise, monitor and analyse the results of an infection control program in a project or health facility, according to MSF/MoH protocols, safety and IPC measures, in order to ensure quality of care and safety of patients, caretakers and staff.

الهدف الأساسي:

رسم خطة مكافحة العدوى وتنظيمها وتنفيذها والإشراف عليها ومراقبتها وتحليل نتائجها في المشروع أو المنشأة الصحية، وفقاً لبروتوكولات منظمة أطباء بلا حدود/وزارة الصحة وتدابير السلامة والوقاية من العدوى ومكافحتها، من أجل ضمان جودة الرعاية، وسلامة المرضى، والمرافقين، والموظفين.

KEY OF RESPONSIBILITIES

أهم المسؤوليات:

Carry out the functions and tasks associated to the IPC.

الاضطلاع بوظيفة مكافحة العدوى والمهام المرتبطة بها.

In collaboration with each service activity manager, maintain and support the day-to-day implementation by the ward supervisor of the standard precautions and risk assessment in health structures in all departments including sterilization, laundry and kitchen.

الحفاظ على التنفيذ اليومي للاحتياطات القياسية من قبل مشرف القسم ودعمها وتقييم المخاطر في المنشآت الصحية في جميع الأقسام بما في ذلك التعقيم والمغسلة والمطبخ، وذلك بالتعاون مع مدير كل قسم.

Based on a given patient-diagnosis, evaluate the need and support the implementation, if needed, for transmission-based precautions (air, droplet and contact) in collaboration with the medical team and act accordingly.

بناءً على تشخيص حالات المرضى وعندما يتطلب الأمر، القيام بتقييم الحاجة للاحتياطات القائمة على انتقال العدوى (الهواء والقطيرات والملامسة) ودعم تنفيذها بالتعاون مع الفريق الطبي والعمل وفقاً لذلك.

Implement and monitor adherence to transmission-based precautions for air, droplet and contact transmissible diseases when indicated.

تنفيذ ومراقبة الالتزام بالاحتياطات القائمة على انتقال الأمراض المنقولة عن طريق الهواء والقطيرات والملامسة عند ظهور المرض.

Provide clinical and technical supervision, training and support to the staff on IPC related issues using existing tools such as audits, checklists, surveillance.

توفير الإشراف السريري والفني والتدريب والدعم للموظفين بشأن المواضيع المتعلقة بمكافحة العدوى باستخدام الأدوات الموجودة مثل عمليات التدقيق وقوائم التحقق والمراقبة.

Support in the implementation of the cleaning schedules as planned inside the health facility. Ensure that organizational aspects in the facility are respected (bed spacing, number of handwashing stations etc.) and together with the Hospital Facilities Manager and Water health Sanitation Supervisor, that the essential requirements are available in the health structures.

الدعم في تنفيذ إجراءات النظافة داخل المنشأة الصحية كما هو مخطط له. والتأكد من احترام الجوانب التنظيمية في المنشأة (تباعد الأسرّة، وعدد مناطق غسل اليدين، وغيرها). وكذا التأكد من أن المتطلبات الأساسية متوفرة في المباني الصحية وذلك بالتعاون مع مدير مرافق المستشفى ومشرف الصرف الصحي والصحة المائية.

Guarantee compliance with aseptic care techniques and the correct use of antiseptics, detergent and disinfectants, through training and audits.

ضمان الامتثال لطرق التعقيم والاستخدام الصحيح للمطهرات والمنظفات والمعقمات، من خلال التدريب والتدقيق.

Ensure and check the consumption and the quality of IPC materials and equipment, including cleaning materials and equipment, PPE, etc.

متابعة استهلاك مواد ومعدات مكافحة العدوى وضمان جودتها، بما في ذلك مواد ومعدات التنظيف، ومعدات الحماية الشخصية، وما إلى ذلك.

As the Leader of the Infection Prevention Control Committee, make sure the meeting is regular, lively and proactive, supporting the development and following up the infection Prevention Control Action Plan.

كرئيس للجنة مكافحة العدوى، التأكد من عقد الاجتماعات بشكل منتظم وحيوي واستباقي، لدعم تطوير ومتابعة خطة عمل مكافحة العدوى.

Participate in clinical management of nursing care in regard to IPC aspects

المشاركة في الإدارة السريرية للرعاية التمريضية فيما يتعلق بجوانب مكافحة العدوى.

Elaborate regular reporting, and meeting minutes in order to have updated and reliable information about IPC activities.

إعداد تقارير منتظمة ومحاضر الاجتماعات من أجل الحصول على معلومات محدثة ومعتمدة حول أنشطة مكافحة العدوى.

Carry out administrative tasks together with HR in regard to staff recruitment, training/induction, evaluation, potential detection, coaching, development and communication, in order to ensure both the level, the sizing and the amount of knowledge required.

تنفيذ المهام الإدارية بمعيّة شؤون الموظفين فيما يتعلق بتعيين الموظفين والتدريب / التوجيه والتقييم والكشف المحتمل والتدريب والتطوير والتواصل، من أجل ضمان مستوى الخبرة المطلوبة وحجمها ومقدارها.

Organize and coordinate the supervision of the team under his/her responsibility and participate in the associated HR processes of evaluation.

تنظيم الإشراف على الفريق الذي يكون تحت مسؤوليته والمشاركة في عمليات تقييم الموارد البشرية المرتبطة به.

Share regular feedback/ reports to the concerned Supervisors, NAM, MAM, PMR and staff as needed on positive and points to be improved.

مشاركة التعليقات / التقارير بانتظام مع المشرفين المعنيين: مدير الأنشطة التمريضية، مدير الأنشطة الطبية، المرجع الطبي للمشروع، والموظفين حسب الحاجة بشأن النقاط الإيجابية والنقاط التي يتعين تحسينها.

Ensure appropriate bed organisation considering IPC measures in each department supported by MSF

ضمان التنظيم المناسب للأسرّة مع الأخذ في الاعتبار تدابير مكافحة العدوى في كل قسم تدعمه منظمة أطباء بلا حدود.

Provide trainings to staff including medical and para-medical staff, cleaners, laundry agents and sterilization agents

توفير التدريب للموظفين بما في ذلك الطاقم الطبي ومساعديهم، وعمال النظافة والمغسلة والتعقيم.

Supervise the work of staff in relation to IPC and report to NAM/PMR if any challenges

الإشراف على عمل الطاقم فيما يخص مكافحة العدوى وإبلاغ مدير الأنشطة التمريضية / المرجع الطبي للمشروع في حال وجود أي تحديات.

Perform SIPCA evaluation with workplan to be followed for improvement of IPC in the departments supported by MSFB

تقييم التحكم في العدوى مع وضع خطة عمل لاتباعها لتحسين مستوى مكافحة العدوى في الأقسام المدعومة من منظمة أطباء بلا حدود البلجيكية.

Implementation of specific isolation measures in all departments but specifically in the isolation department.

تنفيذ معايير خاصة للعزل في كل الأقسام، وخاصة في قسم العزل.

Support incentive staff in the IPC field and do recommendation respectfully.

دعم الموظفين المدعومين بالحوافز فيما يتعلق بمكافحة العدوى ووضع التوصيات بالشكل المناسب.
