Job Description:
The Opportunity:
The C3TO Contract provides multi-faceted Intelligence Support services consisting of, but not limited to: Open Source Intelligence (OSINT), All-Source Intelligence Analysis, Human Intelligence (HUMINT) Analysis, Intelligence Requirements Collection Management (RCM), Special Advisors, Planners, Targeting Support, Counterintelligence (CI) Support, Screener Support, Strategic Debriefing Support, Foreign Government Information (FGI) Analysis, Exploitation (DOMEX and MEDEX), Target Focused Analysis and Neutralization (TFAN), Operational Intelligence Knowledge Management (KM), as well as other analytic and target related intelligence support services to assigned military units in support of the overall Intelligence Mission in support of CJTF-OIR staffs and organizations.
Qualifications:
Education – Master’s Degree with at least ten years relevant experience OR Bachelor’s Degree with six to eight years relevant experience.
Experience – At least ten years analytical experience at the operational/strategic level within DoD or equivalent Government agencies and requires former MOS 35F, 350F, 18F, 35D, 34A, or equivalent specialty codes such as USMC – 0205 Master Analyst, 0231 Intelligence Specialist, 0239 Intelligence Analyst, 0291 Intelligence Chief OR U.S. Navy – Navy Intelligence Specialist OR USAF – 14NX Intelligence Officer , 1N1XX Operations Intelligence, 1N771 Human Intelligence Specialist, 1N451A Intelligence Fusion Analyst OR other equivalent DoD Joint Service or other Service specialty codes
Individual must possess TS/SCI Clearance with Polygraph
Multiple deployments to different AORs
Superior skills to include the ability to clearly articulate complex information, with previous experience briefing O-6 or higher senior officers
Proficient in utilizing advanced computer applications and intelligence related automation to support analytical efforts and product development
Expert knowledge in the following areas: Southwest WA and/or Middle East regional issues, political analysis, threat and terrorist organizations
Knowledgeable in structured intelligence techniques and procedures
Operational Intelligence experience in CENTCOM, EUCOM, or AFRICOM AORs with expert knowledge in Middle East regional issues, political analysis, threat and terrorist organizations Experience mentoring junior and mid-level Intelligence Analysts in the accomplishment of intelligence products and assessments
