In this Team Leader Customer - Operations position

  • You will Coordinate implementation of customer operations strategy and plans
  • Monitor day-to-day operations of the team, prioritize and assign tasks to effectively utilize team’s
  • resources, and meet work schedules and targets
  • Oversee processing of complex customer orders and flow of goods and information across a
  • customer’s global supply chain, and resolve order/delivery issues
  • Contribute to customer reviews and analysis of performance indicators to identify areas of
  • improvement for enhancing overall service quality
  • Track and ensure systems are updated with the latest information on product shortages, expected delivery dates, price changes, etc.
  • Collaborate with the sales and commercial teams to provide support in a timely and accurate manner
  • Encourage prompt and professional responses to customer enquiries, including customer visits and enhanced understanding of customer requirements
  • Coordinate with customers, other logistics operations departments, and IT specialists to ensure smooth customer-related process flow
  • Monitor timely communication of amendments to operational procedures and encourage compliance with operating standards and procedures to provide cost-effective, superior, and efficient customer service
  • Serve as an escalation point for customer operations staff, customers, and operation teams
  • Analyze and summarize reports related to customer inquiries, sales trends, customer complaints, delivery/service problems, reasons for product returns, etc.
  • Identify training needs in customer relations specialists and ensure adequate development and coaching of the team
  • Detect issues and opportunities, and implement improved practices for customer operations focusing on increasing effectiveness and efficiency
