We are seeking an experienced Yemeni Cook to join our dynamic team in Basra, Iraq. This role is integral to our facilities and property management services, where we prioritize delivering exceptional culinary experiences to our clients. The ideal candidate will be skilled in traditional Yemeni cuisine and possess the ability to create a diverse range of dishes that cater to various dietary preferences. You will be responsible for managing the kitchen operations, ensuring food safety standards are met, and maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen. Your creativity and passion for cooking will play a crucial role in enhancing our clients' satisfaction and overall dining experience.

Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare and cook a variety of traditional Yemeni dishes, ensuring authenticity and flavor.
  2. Manage kitchen inventory, including ordering and purchasing ingredients as needed.
  3. Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety in accordance with local regulations.
  4. Develop new recipes and menu items that reflect seasonal ingredients and culinary trends.
  5. Supervise kitchen staff, providing training and guidance to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
  6. Collaborate with management to plan and execute special events and catering services.
  7. Monitor portion control and minimize food waste to optimize kitchen efficiency.
  8. Ensure the kitchen is clean and organized, adhering to health and safety standards at all times.
  9. Engage with clients to understand their culinary preferences and dietary restrictions.
  10. Stay updated on food trends and incorporate them into the menu offerings.

Preferred Candidate:
