Responsibilities: Welcome and greet visitors in a professional and courteous manner Receive, screen, and direct incoming phone calls accurately Handle front desk operations and maintain a positive first impression Manage visitor logbooks and issue visitor access badges when required Coordinate meeting room bookings and notify concerned employees of visitors’ arrivals Receive and distribute incoming mail, deliveries, and documents Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area Provide basic administrative support when required Adhere to company policies, security procedures, and confidentiality requirements Bachelor’s degree or Diploma Minimum 1–2 years of relevant professional experience Good command of Arabic and English (spoken and written)
