Job Objective
- The HSE Lead is responsible for the practical delivery, implementation and continuous improvement of Health, Safety, and environment performance at site and contract level.
- The HSE lead provides site based HSE delivery and technical support, ensuring HSE requirements are practically implemented during daily operations.
- The role involves field presence, conducting inspections, audits, incident investigations, Toolbox Talks and workforce engagement to verify that controls are effective and risks are managed in real time. The HSE lead operates as a hands-on practitioner, supporting operational teams and contractors and escalating issues and trends to the HSE Manager as required.
