The company is seeking a highly qualified Financial Manager to lead the finance function and manage strategic financial and banking relations.
Position Objective
To oversee the company’s full financial operations, ensure financial stability and compliance, support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Lead the preparation of annual financial statements.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial reporting.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity planning.
- Act as the main point of contact with banks and financial institutions, including:
- Managing bank facilities, credit lines, and financing arrangements
- Handling LCs, guarantees, and banking negotiations
- Maintaining strong professional relationships with banks
- Ensure strong internal controls, compliance, and adherence to financial policies.
- Provide financial insights and reports to top management to support commercial and strategic decisions.
- Supervise and develop the accounting and finance team.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Financial Manager or in a senior finance role.
- Proven hands-on experience dealing with banks and financial institutions.
- Solid experience in annual financial reporting.
- Strong knowledge of cash flow management and financial controls.
- High analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent English is mandatory.
