About the Role We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Assistant Finance Manager to support daily finance operations, manage financial reporting, and ensure strong internal controls within the hotel environment. The ideal candidate must come from a hospitality background with hands-on experience in finance management systems.???? Key Responsibilities Oversee daily accounting operations and supervise the finance team Manage night audit and income audit procedures Monitor expense control, cost management, and departmental budgets Handle bank reconciliations, payables/receivables, and cash flow tracking Support month-end closing, GL reviews, and financial statement preparation Generate accurate financial and MIS reports for management Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOPs, and audit requirements Liaise with operational departments for revenue and cost management Train and guide junior accountants and auditors????
