Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Odoo Sales Specialist with Pre-Sales responsibilities to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible not only for promoting and selling Odoo ERP solutions but also for conducting pre-sales activities, including product demonstrations, requirement analysis, and solution design. This dual role requires strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to bridge the gap between client needs and technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities Sales
Identify new business opportunities and promote Odoo ERP solutions to potential clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high satisfaction.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Negotiate terms, prepare proposals, and close deals.
Pre-Sales
Conduct requirement-gathering sessions with clients to understand their business needs.
Prepare and deliver tailored Odoo demonstrations based on client requirements.
Collaborate with technical and implementation teams to design appropriate solutions.
Respond to RFPs (Request for Proposals) and prepare functional documentation.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, explaining Odoo modules’ value (CRM, Sales, Accounting, Inventory, HR, etc.).
Support the sales cycle by addressing client concerns, objections, and technical clarifications.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related fields.
1 years of experience in ERP/Software sales (Odoo experience preferred).
Strong understanding of ERP concepts, business workflows, and process optimization.
Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
Experience in pre-sales activities such as demos, workshops, and requirement analysis.
Fluency in Arabic and English (written & spoken).
Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
