About the Role

Be responsible for developing and deepening the Iraqi market for digital & intelligent oilfield services, maintaining customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and increasing the brand's local market share.

Responsibilities

Develop sales strategies for digital oilfield services in Iraq to achieve annual revenue and market share targets;Develop and maintain key accounts (such as the Iraqi National Oil Company and international oil companies' Iraqi operations) and promote strategic partnerships;Lead the team to conduct demand research, solution customization, bidding, contract signing, and coordinate delivery;Analyze regional market trends and drive the development of a localized sales network in Iraq.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in petroleum engineering, marketing, or a related field;8+ years of oilfield service sales management experience, 5+ years of experience in the Iraqi market, and familiarity with digital service sales;Fluent in English and Arabic, with experience in core Iraqi clients and multi-million dollar contract deals;Understanding of Iraqi industry policies and business culture.
