Responsibilities
- Actively involved in activation operations, KYC activities and other commercial support activities per guidance of the department managers
- Coordinate archiving operations and KYC processes on the distributor side
- Work in coordination with customer service by supporting in KYC, activations and other sales and operations-related requests
- Support all Sales function-related operational matters, aligned with the Head of the Sales&Ops
- Ensure all sales and field-related customer requests and issues are resolved on time with the desired level of satisfaction
- Coordinate with the vendors to track all pending delivery orders and ensure timely updates on their status with our colleges.
- follow up regarding the oodi buzz car activation and all related activations.
- check on the status of the D2D activation
Desired Candidate Profile
Education
- Bachelor s degree or above.

- 1 to 2 year of experience
