Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager at NORTH IMMIGRATION in Amman. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. They will also analyze sales data, forecast sales, and provide insights to optimize performance.

- Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and identify trends
- Team leadership and mentoring abilities
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred
